Responsibilities
- Work alongside a team to develop discriminative and generative AI/ML models to support the analytic mission
- Will work closely with the product owner across functional team of SMEs, and product owners to align with the team objectives while creating optimized AI/ML models
- Work to create AI/ML model utilization, availability, access and data utilization, availability, and access for AI/ML models
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop user interfaces to enable the exchange of information directly related to AI/ML across web applications
- Develop interfaces to enable the exchange of metadata related to AI/ML models and providers via web applications
- Provide enablement support for AI/ML Services to the team
- Develop an automated process for the workforce team to gain access LLM models
- Work successfully and collaborate effectively within a highly technical agile team environment and contribute to team workflows, tools, and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or similar
- 7+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
- Ability to analyze problems with a flexible and creative approach, manage complex tasks and adapt to rapidly changing requirements
- Familiarity with AI/ML based systems and understanding model values and data driven analysis
- Knowledge/familiarity with AI/ML algorithms including Linear Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Neural networks, and Dijkstra's
- Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and implement in a dynamic environment
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-facing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C++, SQL
- Experience with one or more of the following: AWS, Azure, Git
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
