The Organization
At TWG Group Holdings, LLC (“TWG Global”), we drive innovation and business transformation across a diverse portfolio—including investments, finance, insurance, and media—by leveraging data and AI as core assets. Our AI-first, cloud-native approach delivers real-time intelligence and interactive business applications, empowering informed decision-making for both customers and employees.
We prioritize responsible data and AI practices, ensuring ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Our decentralized structure enables each business unit to operate autonomously, supported by the central AI Solutions Group, while strategic partnerships with leading data and AI vendors fuel transformative projects in marketing, operations, and product development.
You will collaborate with management to advance our data and analytics transformation, enhance productivity, and enable agile, data-driven decisions. By leveraging relationships with top tech startups and universities, you will help create competitive advantages and drive industry innovation.
At TWG Global, your contributions will support our goal of sustained growth and superior returns, as we deliver significant value and impact across our businesses.
The Role
As an AI Product Manager on the AI Solutions Development and Product Team, you’ll sit at the intersection of management consulting and AI, partnering with strategy, operations, and advisory teams to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can accelerate client engagements, sharpen analysis and recommendations, and deliver measurable value — from the engagement team and the client working group to the partner and the practice leadership, and across strategy, operations, transactions and due diligence, and transformation work.
You’ll work across a unique landscape: TWG Global’s own portfolio of businesses serve as both partners and proving grounds for AI innovation, while our solutions extend well beyond our owned portfolio to serve enterprise clients and their advisors. This gives you a rare combination of direct access to complex, high-stakes problem-solving environments and the opportunity to scale what works across a broad set of industries and functions.
Your primary responsibility will be translating the real-world needs of consultants, engagement teams, subject-matter experts, and the functions that support them — including research, knowledge management, and proposal development — into AI-powered products that actually get used. You’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, applying a product operating model that prioritizes user adoption, measurable outcomes, and design excellence.
This role goes well beyond roadmap management. You’ll need to understand both the analytical core of the work — structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis, market and competitive assessment, operating-model and cost diligence, business case and financial modeling, and synthesis into clear recommendations — and the commercial context in which it happens, from proposal and pitch development through engagement delivery and implementation. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with data scientists and engineers to turn those inputs into scalable, production-grade AI solutions, and drive integration of advanced AI capabilities such as document and knowledge intelligence (NLP over reports, interviews, and data rooms), slide and deliverable automation, time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and generative document generation into our consulting product suite.
You’ll be the connective tissue between our technical teams and our consulting and advisory partners — internal and external — ensuring that what we build is grounded in how these teams actually scope, analyze, problem-solve, and deliver for their clients. This is an onsite position based in our New York City office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for AI solutions serving strategy, operations, and advisory teams — including TWG’s own portfolio companies and external enterprise clients — spanning the analytical workflows that drive engagements (problem structuring, market and competitive analysis, diligence, and modeling) and the commercial and operational functions around them (proposal and pitch development, research, knowledge management, and deliverable production).
- Build working relationships with the practitioners who use our products — consultants, senior consultants, and engagement managers on delivery teams, both within TWG and at our consulting and advisory clients — partnering with them throughout the product development process to understand their day-to-day workflows, gather requirements, validate prototypes, and turn their feedback into product improvements.
- Drive end-to-end product development from discovery and requirements through design, build, and launch, ensuring solutions are built for real-world adoption inside fast-moving engagement teams and demanding client environments, not just technical capability.
- Lead the integration of AI technologies — including document and knowledge intelligence, slide and deliverable automation, time series forecasting, anomaly detection, conversational AI, and generative document generation — into the consulting product suite, ensuring components are modular, scalable, and interoperable.
- Work across data science, engineering, design, and business development teams to deliver robust, high-quality AI solutions aligned with organizational standards, client requirements, and partner expectations.
- Define and track success metrics tied to user engagement and business outcomes —including engagement-team KPIs such as analysis and synthesis cycle time, consultant hours saved per engagement, and deliverable turnaround, and delivery KPIs such as time-to-insight, research coverage, and reuse of prior knowledge — using data to continuously improve product-market fit across analytical and commercial verticals.
- Ensure responsible AI practices across all consulting AI products, including handling of confidential client information, client data privacy and segregation, model risk, algorithmic transparency, and compliance with applicable professional and regulatory standards.
- Manage product budgets and development timelines, ensuring investments align with revenue goals and deliver measurable ROI for both TWG and our consulting and advisory partners.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong academic record with a bachelor’s degree and at least 2–3 years of work experience, or an MBA with relevant experience.
- Significant management consulting experience required, ideally at a top-tier strategy firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) or a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG), across strategy, operations, transactions, or transformation engagements.
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills required, including hypothesis-driven analysis, market and competitive assessment, business case and financial modeling, and synthesis of complex inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience scoping and delivering client engagements end to end, including conducting research and interviews, building models, and preparing high-quality presentations, deliverables, and other client-ready materials.
- Comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data — financial statements, operational metrics, market data, and primary research — to inform business and strategic judgments.
- Genuine interest in AI and its application to professional services, and the aptitude to learn quickly — you do not need to have built AI products before, but you should be excited to translate consulting workflows into AI-powered tools and to work closely with data scientists and engineers.
- Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with members across multiple groups and regions, building relationships with a wide range of people and acting as a point of contact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong work ethic, motivation, and attention to detail.
- Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities, with the ability to develop into a senior consulting or product professional.
- Awareness of the confidentiality environment in which engagement teams operate, including the handling of sensitive client information and data segregation across clients, is a plus.
