Associate Director M&A

Managing the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.

Reviewing and preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.

Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.

Taking responsibility for key internal M&A processes.

Taking a significant role in the training and development of junior team members

As a key team member, you can add value through the entire M&A cycle, working with a driven, high-energy M&A team and senior leaders within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with acquisition targets’ shareholders, executives and financial advisors

  • Evaluating the quality of prospective vertical-market software acquisitions

  • Organizing, analyzing and presenting preliminary information received from potential acquisition targets

  • Building valuation models to determine the price and structure of potential offers

  • Conducting financial and operational due diligence, with varying levels of involvement across due diligence activities of cross-functional teams, including specialists in human resources, research and development, tax and legal departments

  • Preparing investment memorandums, discussing the investment rationale and strategy for the business post-closing, and

  • Assist in the integration of newly acquired businesses and the tracking of post-closing performance.
