Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

About the Role

This role is accountable for building and leading Logitech Korea’s SMB and Mid-Market L4B business.

Most inbound and outbound leads reaching Logitech Korea B2B originate from this segment. Lead validation and account development are therefore a single, connected motion owned by this role: the ISR qualifies demand, converts it into business, and at the same time designs the channel structure and route-to-market that allow the segment to grow beyond what direct coverage alone can reach.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation, Validation & Qualification

  • Own inbound and outbound lead flow for the SMB/Mid-Market segment — phone, web, campaign, event, and partner-referred leads — as the first point of contact for Logitech Korea B2B.
  • Validate and qualify leads against agreed criteria (segment fit, opportunity size, timeline, decision process), applying a consistent standard so pipeline quality is predictable.
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Maintain accurate lead, contact, and opportunity records in CRM; track conversion by lead source and give structured feedback to Marketing to improve demand generation.
  • Route opportunities outside this segment to the correct owner and follow through so hand-offs do not stall.

Account Management & Deal Execution

  • Develop selected key accounts directly: relationship building, needs assessment, and solution positioning across UC, video collaboration, and workspace solutions.
  • Co-manage and nurture a pipeline of net-new, cross-sell, renewal, and run-rate business, driving opportunities from qualification through to close together with distributors and channel partners, including deal registration management.
  • Cover the broader account base through the channel, using partners as the primary execution engine rather than engaging every account individually.
  • Define and maintain the segmentation and coverage logic — which accounts are managed directly, which are channel-covered, and on what criteria the model is reviewed.
  • Deliver against the segment’s revenue and growth targets, with accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

Segment Strategy, Channel Structure & Route-to-Market

  • Analyze the Korean SMB/Mid-Market landscape: vertical and sub-segment structure, buying behavior, budget cycles, IT decision patterns, competitive presence, and white space.
  • Design and refine an effective channel structure and route-to-market for the segment — partner types and roles, coverage mapping, deal registration application, and commercial mechanics — together with the Head of B2B Sales and the distribution team.
  • Develop the business message and value proposition for SMB/Mid-Market buyers and translate it into partner-ready assets: pitch narratives, bundles and configurations, positioning guidance, and repeatable sales plays.
  • Lead partner enablement for the segment: onboarding, product and solution training, joint prospecting motions, campaign execution, and event support.

Ecosystem & Long-Term Opportunity Development

  • Identify and develop new sources of business with the partner ecosystem — new partner types, verticals, use cases, and adjacent routes such as MRO/e-commerce and public procurement — alongside current-period delivery.
  • Build and maintain a segment-level view of pipeline, run-rate business, and partner productivity, and identify whether coverage, capability, or message is the limiting factor.
  • Provide business review input on segment performance: growth, product mix, partner contribution, and recommended actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation and campaigns targeted at the segment.
  • Work with BG/Product teams (TWS and PWS) to feed market and competitive insight back into portfolio, pricing, and positioning decisions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and support functions to protect the installed base and drive renewal and expansion.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

∙ 4–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in hardware, SaaS, or unified communications

∙ Demonstrated track record of managing and converting inbound pipeline

∙ Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and how they influence hardware decisions — both room-based (TWS) and personal device (PWS) contexts

∙ Experience working with or alongside channel partners is a plus

The Person We Want — Hungry, Humble, Smart

We use three words to describe the people who thrive on this team:

∙ Hungry — You are self-motivated and proactive. You don’t wait to be told to follow up, dig deeper, or learn more. You treat every inbound lead as an opportunity worth fighting for, and you hold yourself accountable to results.

∙ Humble — You check your ego at the door. You listen more than you talk, you take feedback seriously, and you care more about the customer’s outcome than your own closing credit. You give context-rich handoffs because you want the deal to succeed — not just to move off your plate.

∙ Smart — Not just intellectually, but situationally. You read people and environments well. You ask the right questions, connect dots quickly, and adapt your approach based on what the customer actually needs — not what’s easiest to pitch.

Additional Skills

∙ Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal

∙ Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders in a single deal (IT, Procurement, Facilities)

∙ CRM discipline — you log, you track, you follow up without being reminded

∙ Genuinely curious about how technology solves real workplace problems
