We are looking for an experienced Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for planning, purchasing, and managing raw material requirements to support production schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels. You will work closely with Suppliers, Production Planning, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure material availability, supply continuity, and cost-effective inventory management.

About Your Job:

• Plan, control, and manage raw material requirements to support production demands
• Place and manage purchase orders according to business and inventory guidelines
• Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery performance
• Monitor and drive DIOH reduction and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory control
• Calculate and maintain safety stock and min/max inventory parameters
• Partner with Procurement and Sustaining teams to support supply chain continuity
• Review ERP planning recommendations and proactively identify supply risks
• Maintain planning parameter accuracy within ERP systems, including lead times and MOQ settings
• Participate in cost reduction and inventory optimization initiatives
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
• Drive production schedule adherence through effective material planning
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and operational standards

• Achieve inventory and cost reduction goals
• Support production schedule adherence through effective planning

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning processes.
• Excellent communication and supplier relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
