We're looking for a talented Client Leadership Manager to join OMD on an exciting new global partnership with Merlin Entertainments, home to some of the UK's most iconic attractions including Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, LEGOLAND Windsor, The London Eye, Warwick Castle and SEA LIFE centres.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly formed team, helping shape the future of a major agency-client partnership and delivering impactful media solutions to audiences across the UK.
Reporting to the Client Leadership Associate Director, you'll lead day-to-day client relationships, oversee campaign planning and delivery, and collaborate with specialist teams to create effective, insight-driven media campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Provide strategic media guidance aligned to client objectives
- Lead campaign development, implementation and performance reporting
- Analyse results and deliver actionable recommendations
- Collaborate across specialist teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Support, mentor and develop junior team members
What You'll Bring
- Experience managing media campaigns and client accounts
- Strong understanding of media planning, buying and performance analysis across digital and offline channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects
- Curiosity around emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can enhance media effectiveness
