Coordinator, Rewards Services

An individual contributor role focused on supporting rewards curations, supplier performance, catalogue optimization, fulfillment execution, and delivering measurable value for clients and members.

Director, Rewards Services

Role focus

Rewards curation support, catalogue management, supplier coordination, fulfillment operations, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Scope

Enterprise-wide role supporting internal teams, suppliers, and clients in the execution of rewards curation, catalogue management, and fulfillment activities that drive member engagement, catalogue performance, and operational excellence.

Team scope

Partners with the Rewards Services Manager and peer Rewards Coordinators to deliver departmental priorities.

Role Overview

The Coordinator, Rewards Services supports supplier partnerships, rewards curation, catalogue strategy, fulfillment performance, and reporting across client programs.

This role supports the execution of rewards curation and catalogue activities by assisting with assortment updates, pricing and promotional coordination, supplier performance tracking, and operational delivery. Working cross-functionally, the Coordinator uses data, reporting, and market insights to help improve catalogue performance, member engagement, and the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Partnerships & Fulfillment Operations

  • Support supplier relationships by coordinating commercial terms, service expectations, and regular business reviews.
  • Monitor fulfillment performance, order accuracy, service levels, issue resolution, and supplier deliverables.
  • Support process improvements that strengthen supplier performance, operational efficiency, and member experience.
  • Interest in staying current on AI and automation trends relevant to partner operations and vendor management, and in suggesting practical applications.

Client Support

  • Support client communications to align rewards curation activities with program goals, marketing calendars, and engagement priorities.
  • Support the development of recommendations, pricing input, promotional plans, and rewards content for proposals, business reviews, and client meetings.

Reporting, Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and support the KPI measurement, supplier scorecards, catalogue performance metrics and redemption reporting.
  • Review data to understand catalogue trends, fulfillment issues, and performance improvement actions.
  • Report results against Rewards Services objectives.
  • Explore and adopt AI-enabled tools (e.g., for supplier research, document generation, or data analysis) to help improve operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Document processes, share best practices, and support scalable execution across Rewards Services.
  • Openness to responsibly adopting AI tools and supporting review of outputs for accuracy and compliance.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; or
  • 2-3 years of experience in rewards, loyalty, e-commerce, marketplace operations, supplier management, category management, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and work management or reporting platforms such as Jira.
  • A growth mindset with an interest in developing strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
