Position Summary

The Delivery Technician’s position will be responsible for the transport and delivery of any and all lottery equipment to the various site locations within the State of Ohio. This position will also complete service calls at a lottery retail location as assigned. 

-This position will report to the Solon, OH warehouse every day.

• Pass background check, DOT certification and drug test. 

• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck

• Responsible for the delivery, removal and restocking of all lottery equipment to customer sites and company storage locations within your assigned region. 

• Performs vehicle management functions as set forth in the motor vehicle policy. 

• Assists in lottery equipment installation and removal at customer locations.

• Responsible for maintaining and secure all assigned tools, test equipment, terminals, parts and supplies prior to leaving site location. 

• Ability to respond and close all service calls as assigned. 

• Ability to understand and use Smart Services. 

• Ability to lift, install and move large self-service equipment (regularly lift or move 35 pounds or more). 

• Regular travel to customer locations for on-site work. 

• Assist in bench/depot repairs of vending equipment when not performing installs/removals or other

  assigned driving duties.

• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

 
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

Must possess or have the ability to acquire a DOT Certification.

Years of Related Experience

• 1 year computer software/hardware troubleshooting experience preferred. 

• 1 year experience driving a box truck preferred.
