Position Summary You will lead market access account integration for large regional payers, mid-size pharmacy benefit managers, specialty providers, and employer coalitions. You will build trusted relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure patient access. We value strategic thinkers who act with integrity, learn quickly, and collaborate across teams. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and execute strategic account plans for regional payers, mid-size PBMs, specialty provider groups, and large employers. - Coordinate enterprise-level account management across commercial, market access, medical and operations teams. - Manage contracts and commercial negotiations, including RFP response, renewals, and deal structuring. - Monitor account performance, contract compliance, and key performance indicators. Recommend corrective actions. - Provide market insights on payer behavior, reimbursement trends, and policy changes to inform strategy. - Build executive-level relationships to drive alignment and top-down demand for integrated access solutions. Why You? Work arrangement This role is hybrid or remote with regular travel required to meet customers and internal teams. Travel expectation is approximately 50 to 60 percent. A valid driver’s license is required. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 7 years of experience in market access, account management, or payer contracting in life sciences or healthcare. - Direct experience managing contracts with payers, PBMs, or specialty provider organizations. - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior payer and provider stakeholders. - Strong commercial and analytical skills, including contract performance monitoring. - Willingness to travel 50 to 60 percent and work across a national territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, PharmD, or related clinical/technical qualification. - Experience working with regional payers, mid-size PBMs, and employer coalitions. - Financial acumen with understanding of pricing, gross-to-net impact, and reimbursement models. - Track record influencing in highly matrixed organizations and driving enterprise-level alignment. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and account planning skills. - Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks and patient privacy requirements.
