Our 9-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2027, offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. You’ll learn from seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build connections that will last a lifetime.

As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

Here’s the best part: crush your internship, and you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!

Private Markets & Product Operations Overview

This internship provides broad exposure to product development and execution across private markets and global product operations. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting the development of private market investment solutions for the wealth channel, while also learning how strong product governance and operational frameworks enable scalable, compliant product delivery across regions.

The intern will work alongside product professionals to support market research, product concept evaluation, operational processes and cross‑functional collaboration with investment, distribution, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.

Acting as a learning platform across both strategic and operational dimensions of product management, this internship is designed to build foundational knowledge of private markets, wealth distribution, and global product support—while providing meaningful exposure to how innovative investment solutions are developed, governed, and brought to market within a global asset management firm

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technology, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to understand the practical implications of product development and delivery.

  • Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and support product initiatives and launches.

  • Innovation Enablement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve how product data is tracked and visualized, including contributing to Power BI dashboards that support more efficient, insight‑driven decision‑making.
