Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge, skills and experience:

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, office services, or property management.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar health and safety qualification.
• Facilities Management qualification (IWFM or equivalent).
• Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of contractor management processes and permit-to-work systems
• Organisation and attention to detail
