In this role, you will shape data‑backed, value‑driven go‑to‑market strategies, build compelling sales narratives, and translate complex media solutions into simple, actionable offers supported by case studies, measurement frameworks and sales enablement tools. A key focus will be accelerating the commercialisation of our in‑store digital screens proposition.

Working in close partnership with our Digital and Offline Media Proposition Leads, Sales teams, and wider internal stakeholders, you’ll maximise commercial impact and drive client adoption across our full media portfolio.

What we expect from you

  • Strong experience in media sales, ideally involving integrated media solutions or media packages
  • Strong experience working within or closely with media agencies, or a background in a media agency environment, with a deep understanding of how agencies plan, buy, and evaluate media
  • Deep understanding of retail media, media planning, in‑store digital signage, online channels, and shopper insights
  • Proven experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and support sales performance
  • Experience working cross‑functionally on complex, multi‑stakeholder projects
  • Ability to simplify complexity through structured, strategic thinking
  • Comfortable translating solutions into compelling sales narratives, decks, and enablement materials
  • Experience with measurement frameworks, case studies, and evaluating performance (desirable)
  • Language Requirements:

    • Czech: Advanced (C1) required to negotiate and manage relationships with local clients.
    • English: Advanced (C1) required for communication with our stakeholders, international team and for internal team collaboration.
