What you'll do here:

The HR Analytics temp is a strategic and technical leader responsible for shaping and delivering a modern, data-driven HR ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of HR, data, and technology—owning the design of scalable data architecture, advancing people analytics, and enabling a digital-first HR operating model. In a period of HR transformation, this leader will drive the integration of next-generation HR platforms—including workforce planning, skills intelligence, and contingent workforce management solutions—while building the data foundation and insights capabilities needed to advise critical talent and business decisions.

HR Data Strategy & Architecture

  • Define and implement the HR data and analytics strategy aligned to a digital-first HR transformation.
  • Design and govern scalable, secure, and integrated HR data architecture across core systems (HRIS, skills platforms, contingent workforce systems, planning tools).
  • Establish data models that support skills-based workforce planning, talent segmentation, and organizational insights.
  • Partner with IT and enterprise data teams to ensure alignment with broader data architecture and governance standards.

2. Business Intelligence & Workforce Insights

  • Lead the development of HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
  • Translate business questions into actionable insights across areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, skills supply/demand, and contingent labor.
  • Elevate HR from reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics (e.g., attrition risk, skills gaps, workforce scenarios).
  • Build self-service analytics capabilities for HRBPs and business leaders.

3. Transformation & Systems Enablement

  • Serve as the HR data and analytics lead across major system implementations:
  • Skills intelligence platform o Contingent workforce management system o Workforce planning tools
  • Ensure detailed data integration and interoperability across systems.
  • Define success metrics, data flows, and reporting structures for new capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of new tools through strong alignment with HR and business stakeholders.

4. Workforce Planning & Skills Intelligence

  • Enable a data-driven workforce planning capability, integrating headcount, skills, capacity, and financial data.
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to support scenario modeling and strategic planning.
  • Build the data foundation to operationalize a skills-based organization (skills taxonomy, proficiency tracking, supply-demand insights).

5. Data Governance & Quality

  • Establish HR data governance frameworks, including data definitions, ownership, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Improve data integrity across HR systems through standardized processes and controls.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR business intelligence and data architecture function.
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR leadership, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Influence senior leaders by clearly communicating insights and the value of data-driven HR.

Skills you will need here:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in HR analytics, people data, or HR technology roles.
  • Experience leading HR data/analytics teams in a sophisticated, mid-to-large organization (~1,000–10,000 employees preferred).
  • Proven experience designing HR data architecture and integrating multiple HR systems.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or leading implementations of:
  • Workforce planning tools o Skills or talent intelligence platforms o Contingent workforce/vendor management systems Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Solid understanding of HR data domains (core HR, talent, skills, contingent labor).
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data platforms (e.g., Workday, Visier, Eightfold).
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration concepts.
  • Ability to translate sophisticated data into clear business insights. Leadership & Business Skills
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to implement in a fast-paced transformation environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in agile or product-based operating models is a plus.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$175.00 - $200.00 USD
