About the role:
As an Information Management Analyst (Information Governance), you will support our customer in embedding and assuring effective Information Management practices.
This role focuses on governance, standardisation, and adoption to ensure information is structured, trusted, and fit for purpose across its lifecycle.
You will work closely with project and operations teams, functional leads, and system owners to drive consistent ways of working across our enterprise information management systems.
As the Information Management Analyst, you will:
- Assure adherence to Information Management policies, procedures, and standards through audits, health checks, and compliance reviews, identifying and addressing gaps
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of IM standards, templates, and governance guidance
- Drive the rollout, adoption, and embedding of IM practices and controls into day-to-day activities (e.g. handover, commissioning, asset information)
- Provide Information Management guidance to stakeholders, improving IM maturity and ensuring consistent application of standards
- Ensure information is managed effectively across its lifecycle, supporting readiness for key milestones (e.g. handover, commissioning), and aligning structured data and documents across enterprise systems (e.g. EDMS (Assai), CMMS (Maximo), SharePoint)
Requirements
- Experience applying Information Management controls within project or operational environments (e.g. asset handover, engineering data, or document control processes)
- Experience developing guidance materials, templates, or governance documentation
- Working knowledge of enterprise IM platforms EDMS (e.g. Assai) & SharePoint
- Understanding of information lifecycle and document control principles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate governance requirements into practical actions
Desirable:
- Experience in renewable energy, engineering, construction, or asset management environments
