Job Description:

The Role: 

Surface Preparation and Integration (SPI) Sub Business Unit (SBU) of Entegris is looking for a seasoned Product Manager for defined product-lines (or profit centers) of semiconductor wet etchants and cleans. 

In this role you will: 

• Product Lifecycle Management leading key activities in product flywheel process, quality improvements, product introduction and exit strategy, supply/demand planning with operation team, resource management (e.g. raw materials, function supports, CapEx projects)  

• Profit management with main focus on product cost structure improvements and pricing strategies (e.g. volume-tier-pricing, price roadmap) 

• Product Forecasting and Demand Management with main focus on understanding market dynamics, customer forecasting, demand priorities, capacity planning 

• Project Management with main focus on driving new product introduction process, and annual critical business initiatives 

• New Business Opportunity (NBO) Process with main focus on coordinating cross function resources to identify, evaluate, prioritize market opportunities for an evergreen business pipeline 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• General Manager mindset, with strong accountability and ownership over his/her assigned product lines/ profit centers 

• Prior industry experience in semiconductor, preferably with chemistry knowledge and applications in wet etching & cleaning 

• Strong project management skills, with process discipline driving team execution for results 

• Excellent communicator with ability to coordinate and lead multiple cross-function teams 

• Ability to work in ambiguous environment 

• Problem Solving being the most critical skill to be successful
