Summary
Description
This position is a full-time position in our warehouse located in Columbus, Ohio.
Purpose of Role:
Responsible for technical asset inventory management, tracking, procurement, and distribution planning. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient delivery to customers. This role will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Desktop Support teams to coordinate inventory, logistics, and fulfillment activities while maintaining accurate asset records and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities:
Adhere to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our clients
Procurement
Partner with matrix partners on hardware design
Oversee sourcing of components
Develop partnerships and relationships with suppliers
Oversee hardware and equipment receiving
Asset Management
Monitor all assets and work with suppliers for new orders
Work with the Accounting team to maintain inventory
Maintain all necessary data entry items relating to asset tracking, new orders, returned orders, and hardware tracking
Logistics Management
Interface with carriers and negotiate rates
Develop and confirm schedules for outgoing shipments
Process incoming customer orders and communicate shipping details to necessary teams
Ensure materials are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Monitor and control the equipment return process
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for Equiti clients and office logistics needs.
Receive and distribute any internal company packages and mail including client communication.
Management Oversight
Provide reports to members of management as requested
Resolve customer satisfaction issues
Optimize logistics processes
Adhere to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our clients.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
2+ years of professional client or vendor communications experience required
At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management required
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred
Must be highly proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to move packages up to 50 pounds
Salesforce experience preferred
Familiarity with inventory management software and processes.
Cross-functional multi-diverse workplace environment experience
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail required
Relevant Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Sitting/Stationary: Intermittently requires sitting at a desk and looking at a computer screen for 50% of the workday.
Fine Finger Dexterity: High use of keyboards, computer mice, and standard office equipment.
Lifting/Moving: Often requires physical exertion; required to lift or carry office supplies, files, or packages weighing up to 15 - 50 lbs for 50% of the workday.
Mobility: Often requires standing, walking, and bending or stooping to retrieve equipment, files and other items.
The position requires working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse, where temperatures may vary with seasonal conditions.
