THE JOB:

As a Lounge Server at Bellagio, you’ll be an integral part of an extraordinary guest experience, delivering impeccable beverage and bus service with grace, precision, and genuine warmth. Anticipating every need and attending to every detail, you’ll embody the sophistication and legendary hospitality that define the Bellagio experience, while consistently upholding the highest standards of service and excellence.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.5047 Hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies

• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor

• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink

• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified

• Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21+ years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• 6+ Months of prior relevant experience as a Cocktail Server and/or Food Server in a casino/resort environment preferred

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Wine and spirits certification  preferred
