Maintenance Systems Migration Intern

Position Summary 
The Maintenance Systems Migration Intern will support the transition from the COGZ maintenance management system to eMaint. This role will assist with data validation, system setup, document migration, user testing, and training preparation to help ensure an accurate and efficient implementation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with extracting, organizing, and validating asset, equipment, PM, and work order data from COGZ for migration to eMaint. 

• Review maintenance records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 

• Support system configuration and testing activities within eMaint. 

• Create and update equipment records, PM schedules, and supporting documentation. 

• Help develop user guides, training materials, and standard work instructions. 

• Perform data audits and identify discrepancies requiring correction. 

• Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and IT teams to support project milestones. 

• Provide general administrative and project support throughout the implementation process. 

Qualifications 

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management. 

• Ability to analyze information and work independently. 

• Effective communication and teamwork skills. 

This scope provides meaningful project experience while keeping the focus on data migration, testing, and implementation support.
