Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4-10 Primos in charge of managing the Advertising & Promotion budgets for Europe, LAC & Global Functions of the company.
- Ensure the A&P COE promotes collaboration and uses best practices to provide strategic reporting and analytic support to the organization.
- Lead the global expansion of the A&P COE to ensure all the regions and global functions are supported.
- Standardize all the services under scope across regions/global organizations to deliver the best possible services within a framework of constant innovation.
- Lead the organization to develop a strong business partnership with our stakeholders.
- Active participation in Trans4mation project in areas of A&P controllership
- Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes for A&P across regions, markets and Global Functions
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making in a rapidly changing environment.
- Achieve a high level of global process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop a mindset of continuous improvement in the organization by constantly striving for ways to: leverage process efficiencies on a global basis and drive down “end-to-end” process costs while improving quality and performance.
- Develop and manage a high-quality talent base, looking for the Best Talent for the Best 10, mentor and coach all the Primos in the organization to progress on their development plans.
Skills:
- Substantial working financial knowledge including experience in, general accounting processes, Financial Planning and Analysis, and budget management.
- Proven leadership abilities, including demonstration of Bacardi values and collaborative leadership style with experience in developing and retaining staff.
- Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders and other Primos of the organizations as a team toward achieving the organization’s needs and identify strategic opportunities to drive additional value for Bacardi.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis
- Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to an Executive Level audience in English.
Personal qualities:
- 5-7 years of finance experience and experience of doing A&P controllership
- Running transformational projects to standardise processes is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English proficiently. Advanced writing and speaking are a must.
