Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Analyze build plans against inventory and supply chain data to determine material demand, generate MRP requirements, and provide forecasts to suppliers.

  • Monitor and control material availability to support on-time product builds.

  • Drive material flow from strategic forecasting through tool shipment.

  • Plan production orders for Manufacturing, considering product demand, material availability, and production capacity.

  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.

  • Analyze supply and demand trends (internal and external) and generate reports to support business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; alternatively, a B.A. with at least 2 years of planning experience.

  • High proficiency in English.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and capable of independently driving challenging tasks to completion.
