As a Network Engineer on our team, you'll work alongside government and contractor engineers to deploy, integrate, and sustain enterprise network solutions supporting critical national security missions. You'll configure, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure while helping deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing communications for our clients. You'll leverage your experience with enterprise routing, switching, network security, and systems integration to solve technical challenges, support modernization efforts, and contribute to the successful delivery of mission-critical capabilities.

You Have:
3+ years of experience implementing, integrating, and troubleshooting enterprise or tactical network infrastructure, including supporting DoW Enterprise or Tactical C4I networks
Experience implementing and supporting enterprise networking technologies, including switching, VLANs, trunking, EtherChannel, STP, routing, OSPF, BGP, VRF, HSRP, ACLs, NAT, DHCP, DNS, MPLS, LDP, VPLS, or L3VPN
Experience integrating and troubleshooting network security technologies, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs), proxies, identity-based access controls, AAA, or IEEE 802.1X
Experience implementing, integrating, or supporting VMware NSX-T or VMware NSX and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) technologies and architectures
Experience developing and delivering network automation using Ansible, including managing automation code and configuration artifacts through Git-based repositories and version-control workflows
Experience performing network integration, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and deployment activities and developing associated technical documentation within a cross-functional engineering environment
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
CompTIA Security+ and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certifications
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), or other DoW enterprise networking environments
Experience planning, implementing, or supporting Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) migrations and enterprise network modernization initiatives
Experience developing network automation or deployment pipelines using Ansible, Python, or similar automation frameworks
Experience configuring and supporting multi-vendor enterprise network environments, including Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or similar networking platforms
Experience supporting enterprise network monitoring and management platforms such as SolarWinds
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another STEM field
Current Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
