As a Business Analyst, you will support Digital Workplace initiatives that improve how technology services are delivered and experienced across Micron. You will partner with technical and business teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, evaluate data, and support projects focused on service delivery, operational excellence, automation, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis, planning, and execution of Digital Workplace projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.

  • Analyze operational metrics, service performance data, and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization, automation efforts, and successful project delivery.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications to provide insights and support decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, research projects, or professional experience in business analysis, information technology, digital transformation, operations, process improvement, or related areas.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and operational processes.

  • Experience with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and large language models (LLMs) such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business process mapping, workflow analysis, requirements documentation, or process improvement initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, project management, or related delivery methodologies.

  • Understanding of IT service management (ITSM), Digital Workplace technologies, employee experience, or technology operations.

  • Experience creating and presenting recommendations, project updates, dashboards, or business insights to stakeholders.

  • Interest in automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, generative AI, and emerging workplace technologies through coursework, projects, internships, or professional experience.

  • Demonstrated curiosity, customer focus, continuous learning mindset, and ability to adapt to new technologies and business processes.
