Our Operations team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders. By ensuring accurate and efficient policy administration, the team supports business growth while maintaining high standards of service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
This role is responsible for supporting policy servicing activities and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of policy transactions. You will work closely with Operations, Underwriting, and Business teams to deliver seamless service and support continuous improvement initiatives.
How you will create an impact
Manage and perform daily end-to-end policy issuance processes for in-force policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, policy updates, policy administration, and document management.
Work closely with Operations, Underwriters, and Business teams to provide operational and administrative support.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy data, premium bookings, and documentation across systems.
Maintain timely, accurate, and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Participate in process and service improvement initiatives, procedural reviews, and special projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Deliver high levels of service and contribute to team performance standards.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines while recommending process improvements where appropriate.
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, partners, colleagues, and cross-functional departments to maintain strong working relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with Operations colleagues and stakeholders.
Assist with general administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 1-3 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably in Operations, Policy Administration, or Customer Service.
Experience in policy issuance with a proven track record in policy servicing, SLA/KPI management, and process quality control.
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborative team player who supports continuous learning and operational excellence initiatives.
Proactive mindset with high levels of motivation and a willingness to learn.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to work towards deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong prioritization, organizational, attention-to-detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure, especially in busy or challenging situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
