The Partner Business Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for building and managing strategic partner relationships across Australia and New Zealand. This role is focused on generating new business through the partner ecosystem and working closely with regional sales leadership, account teams, and global alliance counterparts to accelerate growth.

The primary focus of this position is driving revenue for the Flexera One platform, including FinOps, IT Asset Management (ITAM), SaaS Management, and IT Visibility solutions, through strategic partners, resellers, system integrators, consulting firms, and service providers throughout the ANZ market.

This is a quota-carrying role, with success measured primarily by partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Opportunities generated through partner activities will be tracked and compensated accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting partners, cloud service providers, and managed service providers across ANZ

  • Identify, recruit, and enable strategic partners capable of expanding Flexera's presence and generating new sales opportunities

  • Build and execute joint business plans with partner executives, including sales, marketing, enablement, and certification objectives

  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities

  • Drive partner-led demand generation and joint go-to-market initiatives

  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and account teams to increase partner engagement and maximize deal velocity

  • Evaluate partner performance, pipeline trends, and market opportunities, providing recommendations to sales and alliance leadership

  • Work toward shared goals, strategies, and objectives to strengthen strategic partnerships and increase market awareness

  • Support financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning activities associated with partner investments and growth opportunities

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within partner accounts and develop strategies to increase Flexera's market share

  • Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, solution certifications, and implementation readiness

  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce.com

  • Develop and execute a structured territory and partner business plan aligned to regional revenue objectives

  • Provide market feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales leadership to influence product strategy, positioning, and competitive differentiation

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in enterprise software sales, alliances, channel management, or a combination of these disciplines

  • Established network of system integrators, consulting firms, cloud partners, resellers, and service providers within the ANZ region

  • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and managing strategic technology partnerships

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, FinOps, IT asset management, ITSM, SaaS management, security, and related enterprise software markets

  • Ability to develop and execute partner business plans that drive measurable revenue outcomes

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the ANZ region
