The mission of the People & Culture sub-division is to cultivate engaged, high performance talent to drive business results.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our People & Culture team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for cultivating engaged, high-performing talent that drives business results. As an Intern, People & Culture, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end employee lifecycle by supporting programs, processes, and initiatives across multiple areas of People & Culture. By providing administrative, operational, and project coordination support, you will help deliver exceptional employee experiences and contribute to the successful execution of People & Culture priorities. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.
THE ROLE
As an Intern in People & Culture, you will support with:
- Support the attraction and selection of world-class talent by coordinating key activities across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Contribute to programs and processes that enable effective people decisions and help build high-performing teams.
- Support the development of learning, onboarding, assessment, and career experiences that grow employee capability and performance.
- Help deliver meaningful total rewards programs that support talent attraction, retention, and the employee experience.
- Provide accurate and consistent People & Culture support through employee transactions, documentation, records, and knowledge resources.
- Enable the seamless execution of People & Culture priorities through administration, coordination, reporting, and communications.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Intern, People & Culture, has/is:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2027 to April 2028.
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, etc.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
- A resourceful and entrepreneurial way of working.
- A passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details.
- A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions.
- Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued.

THE LOGISTICS
- Internship Dates: May 10 – July 30, 2027 (12 weeks)
- Location: Aritzia’s Vancouver Support Campus located in Vancouver, BC
- Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary
