Who will you be working with?
Our best-in-class supply chain team combines knowledge of customers’ needs with deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver our products.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible to plan production.
What do we want to know about you?
- 5 years experience in related field in Manufacturing environment, 3+ years on planning & scheduling in multi-national company; experience in material planning or procurement would be a plus
- Fluent English in spoken & written;
- Familiar with ERP system
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team play, can work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
What will your typical day look like?
- Perform standard planning activities to ensure the timely and accurate supply of the material for manufacturing.
- To analyze sales forecast and actual sales order; communicate with sales team on order status and demand forecast to improve production planning effectiveness
- Schedule weekly/monthly production planning to relation department and monitor performance against plan,
- Communicate closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Production & Customer Service teams to ensure proper production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
- Plan and maintain proper levels of material to support the production schedule execute the master schedule and coordinate the introduction of new products within the factory. Schedule load centers to achieve optimal levels of customer service, inventory and asset utilization.
- Analyze MRP report and take appropriate action. Write and release shop orders/purchase requisitions on a timely basis to achieve the production plan.
- Provide/confirm schedule-shipping dates to customer service. Must execute plan to make prior commitments.
- Actively involved in cost and lead-time reduction, alternate sources, documentation, and communication to achieve targeted introductions.
- Analyze on a continuous basis product lead time, lot size and safety stock levels.
- Communicate and cooperate with Production Lines, Warehouse for materials status review and maintain accuracy of system data.
