As a Principal Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate FP&A team and the finance business partner to Revvity’s corporate functions.

As finance business partner to a global operating business within Revvity, you will be responsible for managing a $50M+ budget and supporting Finance, Digital, HR, and other corporate leaders with financial reporting, forecasting, and annual planning.

You will be responsible for independently driving key initiatives including process and reporting automation, business integration, and financial modeling and analysis.

You will also be expected to provide regular updates to senior leadership and influence decision-making through data-driven analytics. This is a high visibility role that gives you the opportunity to work closely with various functional owners to ensure that financial goals are set, paced, and reported, and strategic initiatives are successfully executed.


Key responsabilities:

  • Finance Partner for global functions; responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting financial results. Closely collaborate with Finance, Digital, HR, and other leadership teams to ensure functions remain on budget while enabling strategic priorities.
  • Responsible for driving enterprise integration and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment of financial processes, organizational priorities, and operational practices across global functions.
  • Supports Corporate FP&A team on financial rhythms including monthly business reviews, month-end financial closes, and annual operating plan submissions. Partners with Digital Finance team on transformation initiatives including company reorganization and implementation of S/4HANA and SAP Central Finance.
  • Thought leadership on improving process efficiency through automation, standardization, and advanced analytics.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related business field
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable team player with a desire to learn, operate efficiently, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Partners and collaborates effectively with multiple global functions. Comfortable presenting to senior management.
  • Advanced level of experience using Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Excel macros, Power BI, Alteryx and/or similar data analysis/visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Workday and/or similar systems is a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multi-currency, and international company is a plus.
  • Experiences in Life Science, Diagnostics, or similar industries is a plus.
  • German proficiency is a plus

Salary Range  : €50,500 - €75.000 Annual base salary

The salary range disclosed for this position is determined using objective and gender‑neutral criteria, such as required skills, competencies, professional experience, and relevant industry experience. Where applicable, the range is further aligned with the provisions and classification structures of the relevant collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the fixed base salary. The variable compensation component will be determined in accordance with the Company's internal compensation policies and will be reviewed annually based on the achievement of specific individual and/or business performance objectives
