Production Engineer

Job Description

1. Monitor directly and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance and product quality.

2. Analyze process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and production downtime.

3. Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, productivity, cycle time, and manufacturing efficiency in production

4. Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering standards.

5. Collect, analyze, and report process performance data to support decision-making and improvement activities to report for Supervisor, Operations Engineering 

6. Monitor directly the transfer plan for new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, process validation, and production transfer activities

7. Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve technical issues and improve operational performance.

8. Train operators to improve assembly skills, inspection methods, or repair methods
