Quality Assurance (QA)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Data Annotation (DA) 
• Label and annotate data (text, image, audio, or video) based on project guidelines. 
• Categorize and structure raw data into machine-readable formats. 
• Follow strict annotation instructions to ensure consistency across datasets. 
• Identify patterns, edge cases, and ambiguous data for escalation. 
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
• Quality Assurance (QA) 
• Review annotated data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. 
• Perform random and targeted quality checks on datasets. 
• Identify errors such as mislabeling, incorrect classifications, or inconsistencies. 
• Provide clear feedback to annotators for improvement. 
• Track and report quality metrics and error trends.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese and English is a MUST. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and instructions. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Experienced as Data Annotator is a MUST. 
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
