What You Will Do: 

In this role, you’ll support the Quality Operations team in maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Support day-to-day quality activities in manufacturing 

  • Participate in investigations and root cause analysis by the NC and CAPA process.

  • Contribute to process improvements and quality data analysis 

  • Support change control, risk assessments, and documentation reviews 

  • Collaborate in internal audits 

  • Support validation activities under supervision 

  • Assist with product holds and containment actions 

  • Contribute to daily cases related to assigned project and products 

    • Leading role in contact with other Stryker sites and respectfully Stryker Divisions in quality related topics. 

    • Dealing with quality related topics with Stryker Skawina Operations, Planning, Logistics, etc. 

      

    What You Need: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field 

    • At least 1 year of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment 

    • Basic knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and quality system regulations (preferred) 

    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills 

    • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a collaborative team 

    • Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written) 

    • Knowledge of SAP/MES systems and Windchill will be considered an additional advantage 

      

     

    Poland Pay Ranges:

    • Poland, Skawina: zł92.500 - zł154.300 PLN Annual
