  • Leverage Thermo Fisher Scientific’s BioProduction portfolio, including Cell Culture/Media, Purification, Single-Use Technologies, Pharma Analytics, and related workflow solutions, to address customer development needs.
  • Identify customer projects requiring deeper technical, application, or process development expertise and mobilize the appropriate internal resources to advance customer engagement and opportunity development.
  • Develop early customer engagements into qualified commercial pipelines and collaborate with Sales and Business Units to support opportunity progression, effective handover, and lifecycle continuity.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Technical Sales, Field Applications, Product Management, Marketing, and global Business Units to provide workflow-based solutions and maximize customer and business opportunities.
  • Monitor emerging biotech activities, molecule pipelines, market developments, and competitive information to identify new opportunities and prioritize target customers and projects.
  • Maintain disciplined and accurate management of customer activities, opportunities, pipeline progression, and forecasts in Salesforce.com and other relevant CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned customer engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity development, and commercial objectives, contributing to sustainable long-term business growth.
