Sales Representative - Interventional Spine (IVS)
Step into a field-based sales role focused on supporting physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare providers with Stryker’s Interventional Spine solutions. In this role, you will manage a sales territory, support clinical procedures, and help customers evaluate technologies designed for spine and pain management applications. This is an opportunity to combine consultative selling, clinical support, and territory management in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You Will Do
Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff to support account growth and customer retention.
Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in operating rooms, procedure suites, and ambulatory surgery centers.
Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations to support purchasing decisions.
Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase account penetration and market share.
Monitor territory performance, sales activities, and account trends, providing regular updates to leadership.
Coordinate case coverage, inventory management, and customer support activities to ensure a high level of service.
Maintain knowledge of product offerings, competitive solutions, and industry trends to effectively support customer needs.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR
Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.
Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical device, spine, orthopedic, neuroscience, interventional pain management, surgical, or procedural sales.
Experience calling on hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, or procedural accounts.
Experience supporting product evaluations, clinical cases, operating room procedures, or onsite procedural support.
Experience working with clinical and administrative stakeholders through complex purchasing processes.

Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits
