Job Description:
Are you passionate about designing exceptional client and colleague experiences? We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can transform business needs, customer insights, and operational requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, UX designers, and technology teams to conceptualize, document, visualize, and deliver end-to-end experiences. You will play a critical role in uncovering requirements, defining business and system rules, identifying gaps, and ensuring solutions meet both business and customer needs.

Team Overview
You will be joining a pod responsible for defining and delivering the target state for systems, processes, and capabilities that support the Small Business Banking client buying experience (onboarding).
We act as the business owner for change initiatives and collaborate closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
Job Description:
- Lead requirements discovery activities through workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Translate business needs into clear business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with UX designers to visualize future-state experiences through journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and process models.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and SMEs to identify gaps, clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and uncover critical business knowledge.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client experience, risk management, and operational effectiveness.
- Document business and system rules to ensure consistent implementation across channels, teams, and platforms.
- Support solution design discussions and work closely with technology partners to evaluate options and align on delivery approaches.
- Collaborate with Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, backlog refinement, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment through regular communication, reviews, and validation of requirements and proposed solutions.
- Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, validating requirements coverage, and facilitating business acceptance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
- experience delivering technology-enabled projects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements.
- Experience creating business process maps, user journeys, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
- Experience documenting business rules, data requirements, and system requirements.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX Design, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualification
- Experience in Branch Banking and/or Small Business Banking.
- Experience with client onboarding, buying experience
