Job Description
The Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for advancing the organization's people analytics, HR compliance, data governance, and HR technology strategy. Based in Colombia and supporting a global HR organization, this role translates business and operational needs into thoughtful, scalable solutions across systems, data, controls, and processes. The role is fully involved in solution design, including system structure, fields, workflows, integrations, reporting requirements, and the appropriate size and complexity of projects, while partnering with HR Technology team members who may execute configuration and day-to-day system administration.
The ideal candidate combines strong HR technology fluency with analytical judgment and practical compliance and governance experience. They can evaluate a business need end to end, determine whether the right solution is a system change, data or field redesign, process improvement, control, reporting solution, or combination of approaches, and clearly define requirements and downstream impacts. They are comfortable working across countries, functions, and platforms; can bring structure to complex or ambiguous work; and consistently deliver accurate, audience-ready outputs. This role partners closely with HR leaders, HR Technology, Legal, Compliance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders while maintaining clear ownership, strong follow-through, and appropriate escalation of risks.
