About This Role:
In the role of Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of our HR team, ensuring seamless operational support to new hires, current, and former employees, as well as HR Partners within your designated region. Your responsibilities will include managing complex problem resolution and case management, requiring an understanding of country-specific labor regulations to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for executing HR processes and, in certain regions, overseeing benefits, time and attendance, and payroll activities. Liaising with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), you will deliver timely and quality service, meeting established KPIs. Your role will also involve identifying process improvements to enhance customer focus and drive cost and time effectiveness. Positioned within our broader HR structure, your contributions will enhance workforce management, system updates, reporting, and employee experience.
What You’ll Do:
Provide HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees, and HR Partners in your region.
Resolve and document complex issues raised by employees in collaboration with HR Partners and CoEs.
Deliver HR processes and manage benefits, time, attendance, and payroll in specific regions.
Achieve set KPIs and goals while adhering to established customer service standards.
Manage and update SOPs and process maps, participating in knowledge sharing and training sessions.
Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.
Respect internal rules and legal standards, reporting any safety or quality-related information as per company protocols.
Who You Are:
You are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for providing excellent support and service. Your ability to interpret HR policies and procedures allows you to manage complex queries with a customer-focused approach. You excel in critical thinking and problem-solving, bringing a service-oriented attitude and eagerness to train others. Your patience and good listening skills help you work effectively with diverse employees, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders. Proactive and engaged, you organize and prioritize your workload efficiently, bringing high energy to your role. Fluent in business English and Portuguese, you leverage your language skills to communicate effectively across regions.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in general human resources, benefits, or payroll.
Ability to understand and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
Service-oriented attitude with a willingness to train team members.
Excellent listening skills and patience in employee interactions.
Ability to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
High energy with organizational and prioritization skills.
Fluent in business English and Portuguese; other languages are an asset.
Proficiency in learning and understanding HR/IT systems, computer skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with process enhancements for customer focus and cost effectiveness.
Familiarity with regional HR regulatory requirements.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

This role is in hybrid model of work.
Please note that the role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
