We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Client Relationship Management team at Marsh, supporting the growth and management of a portfolio of corporate clients. This role will be based in Porto and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

 We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients with autonomy and accountability;

  • Drive new business opportunities within this segment and support portfolio growth;

  • Deliver tailored solutions to clients, coordinating input from other areas of expertise when needed;

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, including renewal and servicing processes;

  • Build trusted client relationships and contribute to long-term retention and commercial success.

 What you need to have: 

  • A degree in Economics, Management, Law or a similar field;

  • At least 5 years of experience working with non-life insurance for corporate clients;

  • Solid knowledge of Property & Liability insurance policies;

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese;

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel;

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
