PURPOSE
Serves as a liaison between MGIC and technology partners by managing integration initiatives that support the business and customer experience strategies. Leads cross-functional efforts to deliver integration solutions and enhance MGIC’s position within the mortgage technology ecosystem.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engages with mortgage technology providers to advance integration objectives and business priorities.
- Facilitates partner onboarding and integration initiatives by serving as the primary point of contact for coordination, issue resolution, project planning, communication, and successful delivery.
- Partner with Marketing to contribute to the go-to-market plan for new B2B API integrated solutions and significant MI-related enhancements to existing B2B partner platforms.
- Conducts research and analysis to support roadmap prioritization, integration, enhancements, customer experience improvements, and new partnership opportunities.
- Coordinates with technology providers to prioritize and adopt integration strategies that align with business objectives and improve customer outcomes.
- Identifies and resolves operational, technical, and relationship-related issues through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attends industry conferences, customer meetings, and partner’s events to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and enhance visibility to technology capabilities.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
- 5+ Years of experience related to the essential duties as described above.
- In-depth understanding of mortgage origination, servicing, secondary market operations, and the mortgage technology ecosystem.
- Knowledge of integration concepts, digital product delivery, and partner enablement strategies.
- Understanding of B2B API integration product deliverables and management concepts.
- Understanding of MISMO standards development and maintenance.
- Ability to independently manage complex relationships and influence decision-making among internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate multiple solutions and make sound business recommendations.
- Ability to translate and communicate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations across multiple audiences.
- Proven project leadership skills with accountability for delivering results across cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consensus-building skills.
- Ability to identify strategic opportunities and align recommendations with business objectives and customer strategies.
Pay Range:
$87,990.00 - $149,590.00
This range aligns with current market data and reflects our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation. Salary offers are based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training. The range may vary in certain locations to reflect local market conditions. It is not typical to initiate pay at the top of the range to account for internal equity and allow for future and continued salary growth
