How you will make an impact:
Lead and execute complex design initiatives across multiple product areas.
Conduct analysis of user needs and business requirements to identify context, pain points, and workflows.
Perform audits of existing products and identify opportunities for iterative improvements.
Maintain and evolve cross-portfolio UX guidelines to support a consistent and scalable user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals, technical feasibility, and user expectations.
Act as a thought leader in product design through mentoring and contributions to design innovation.
The must haves:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Design or User Experience Design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates design process.
Application of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
Utilization of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams that include developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Problem-solving experience balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions in collaborative environments.
Nice to haves:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
Background in visual design, including iconography, typography, and motion design.
Experience building design systems and maintaining a design language across multiple products.
