The job details are as follows:

As a Software Engineer you will help build a new platform from the ground up. You'll own features end to end — designing, developing, testing, and shipping them — and have genuine input into the architecture decisions that shape the product. You'll partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and refine what we build, and contribute to maintaining the existing systems that support it.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently write, test, and debug code.
  • Collaborate with other team members to solve problems.
  • Contribute to design discussions and code reviews.
  • Develop and implement new features and functionalities.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline,  or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant software development experience.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages.
  • Experience with Agile practices such as Kanban, continuous integration, and iterative delivery.
  • Ownership mindset — takes initiative, exercises sound judgment within scope, and drives work to completion while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of database systems.
  • Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into the software development process.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred.
