Job Summary

  • Focus on designing and building enterprise cloud infrastructure automation, pipelines, and cloud capabilities for services on AWS. Partner with application, security, and architecture teams to build re-usable and secure cloud infrastructure to be used by business applications. Operate in a DevOps culture and team, responsible for architecture, design, development, implementation, and ongoing operations of new and emerging technology platforms.

  • As a Sr. Cloud DevOps Engineer – Adobe Workfront & Platform Admin, you’ll Support the reliability, administration, release coordination, and operational maturity of Adobe Workfront and the broader MarTech platform ecosystem, balancing SaaS administration with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and cross-system coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate cloud services and architecture to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

  • Implement automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD)

  • Work with the development team to deploy and manage tools that support SDLC automation, configuration management, and release management

  • Understand technical architectures with automation to support complex delivery across a wide range of digital and enterprise applications

  • Lead the design, development, and evolution of cloud infrastructure

  • Establish and/or follow procedures and standards to ensure high quality and quantity of work

  • Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work with a sense of urgency about getting work completed

  • Consult with stakeholders to specify requirements and solutions which address business challenges and opportunities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud infrastructure, performing design reviews and consulting with your teams to ensure design best practices

  • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes

  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

  • Administer Adobe Workfront and related Adobe cloud solutions at enterprise scale, including user provisioning, environment configuration, permissions, and governance.

  • Coordinate SaaS platform releases with CI/CD, deployment, and release-management practices across the MarTech stack.

  • Establish monitoring, alerting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and platform reliability practices.

  • Support cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, environment readiness, and operational controls.

  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release processes, and production support.

  • Partner with engineering, security, architecture, DAM, Workfront, and platform teams to manage dependencies and operational risks.

  • Assess how Workfront and DAM administration changes affect adjacent MarTech platforms and enterprise systems.

  • Drive reliability, performance, security, maintainability, and operational excellence.

  • Document procedures, runbooks, release processes, incidents, and recovery actions.

  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure as a Service Automation tools like Cloud Formation

  • Ability to understand AWS compute, data sources, security technologies

  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IAC)

  • Skilled in deployment strategies using Docker for containerization

  • Ability to understand the monitoring and management of the build and deployment processes and infrastructure

  • Ability to analyze services to ensure security best practices are followed

  • Ability to mentor and guide team members' learning, including introducing new ideas and technologies

  • Ability to anticipate business needs and lead a team towards identifying and solving cross-domain problems

  • Skilled in automated testing solutions for unit testing, integration testing and system testing

  • Strong experience administering Adobe cloud solutions and enterprise SaaS platforms at scale.

    • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront administration, user provisioning, environment configuration, permissions, and release coordination.

    • Strong DevOps pipeline and CI/CD experience.

    • Platform reliability experience including monitoring, incident response, and root-cause diagnosis.

    • Cloud infrastructure background covering provisioning, configuration management, automation, and operational controls.

    • Understanding of Workfront, DAM, CMS, Fusion, and adjacent MarTech dependencies.

    • Strong knowledge of observability, deployment automation, release engineering, security, and operational excellence.

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training

Experience

  • Required: Advanced-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in Cloud software or DevOps

  • 5-7 years of relevant work-related experience

  • Required: 5–7+ years in cloud DevOps, platform engineering, SaaS administration, or enterprise infrastructure.

  • Experience administering Adobe cloud solutions or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.

  • Experience with user provisioning, environment configuration, release coordination, and platform governance.

  • Strong experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, release management, and production support.

  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and platform reliability.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

  • Preferred:

    • Experience with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM, DAM, or Adobe Experience Cloud.

    • Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.

    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, containers, serverless technologies, observability, and automated testing.

    • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams and enterprise transformation programs.

    • Experience with Agile or scaled delivery models and cross-platform dependency management.

• Must meet confidentiality expectations regarding confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information.

• Ability to work extended hours as needed.

• Ability to work onsite approximately 3 days per week and as required by the business.
