Staff Engineer-Supplier Quality

•Audit supplier facilities to ensure adherence to Bloom requirements• Perform PPAP/PRP to check mass production capability•Assess Design for Manufacturability(DFM) of new product designs and drive improvements. •Manage  process development/change management with suppliers to meet Bloom requirements•Provide disposal action support of suspected part .Drive continuous improvements for all supplier process. •Deployment of  quality tools / methodology for supplier critical process .   •Improve supplier quality processes such as assessments, supplier management, part approval, and corrective actions in a global suppliers•Lead 8D Report for complaints/Field failures•Drive Design and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (DFMEA/PFMEA) to assess and improve product designs/processes.•Review and evaluate supplier Quality data to identify process improvement opportunities•RMA handling and drive the actions•Education, Skills and Experience•Proficient in PCBA standards such as IPC,J-EDEC/ESD/MSD•4-6 Years Experience in Electronics manufacturing Industries•BE/B Tech in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering•Technical Knowledge  to demonstrate suppliers•Quality Management System auditing experience•Strong communication and interpersonal skill•Proficiency in  PowerPoint. Experience, SQC Tools,•Ability to travel 20% - 30% of time
