Key Responsibilities

  • Mass Hiring & High-Volume Delivery: Design, launch, and execute large-scale hiring initiatives and ramp-up projects to meet aggressive manufacturing operational targets.

  • Direct Sourcing: proactively mapping markets, headhunting, and building direct pipelines for technical and operational roles

  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a strategic TA advisor to plant leadership and hiring managers, translating production headcount goals into structured search plans and clear timelines.

  • Workday & Candidate Tracking: Oversee full-lifecycle hiring using Workday ATS, driving efficiency across application review, scheduling, background checks, and onboarding.

  • Offer Negotiation & Closing: Partner with compensation teams to structure, negotiate, and directly close complex offers to secure key talent.

  • Program & Process Support: Coordinate university relations, local hiring events, candidate background verification, and basic immigration workflow support as required.

Qualifications

  • Core Requirement: Strong track record in recruitment/talent acquisition with demonstrated expertise in mass hiring within manufacturing environments.

  • Direct Sourcing Mindset: Ability to source candidates directly like an internal agency recruiter, eliminating the need for third-party search firms.

  • System Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience using Workday and modern candidate evaluation platforms.

  • Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English for effective daily alignment with regional managers, global leaders, and cross-border teams.

  • Key Competencies: Strong stakeholder management, high agility in fast-paced production setups, and sharp negotiation skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
