About The Position: As the Vice President of Product – EOR at G-P, you will be the executive product leader responsible for the commercial growth, portfolio strategy, market expansion, and product scale of our flagship EOR business. This leader will identify and drive the highest-impact product opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, customer expansion, retention, and competitive differentiation. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you sit at the strategic intersection of executive vision and commercial scale, leading a multi-pillar product organization by steering senior functional leaders—including the Sr. Director of Core EOR Product and the Head of Integrations & Partner Development.
In this high-impact executive role, you will serve as the executive product lead driving commercial growth of our flagship EOR business. You will partner with executive peers across Revenue, Partnerships, Legal, Operations, and Engineering to ensure our product portfolio aligns with growth priorities, customer needs, distribution strategy, optimizes unit economics, and positively influences overall financial performance.
What You Will Do:
- Product Growth Strategy: Partner with the CPO to translate corporate strategy into a cohesive EOR growth and portfolio thesis, identifying the highest-impact opportunities across core EOR, enterprise capabilities, AI, integrations, partnerships, and new distribution models, and directing investment toward the strongest revenue, retention, and margin outcomes.
- Customer & Market Growth: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, buyer priorities, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities, translating these insights into product strategies that drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and increased product adoption.
- Business Performance: Establish and drive clear product outcomes across revenue growth, customer expansion, retention, adoption, activation, time-to-value, and gross margin, ensuring product investment translates into measurable business performance.
- AI Transformation: Define the executive strategy for leveraging AI and agentic capabilities across the platform portfolio to fundamentally improve gross margins, accelerate operational velocity, and create structural product differentiation.
- Executive Alignment: Serve as the primary product peer to executive leaders in Partnerships, Revenue, Global Operations, Legal, and Marketing to harmonize go-to-market execution, channel product enablement, and customer experience.
- Organizational Leadership: Scale and empower a multi-tiered product organization, managing Sr. Directors and Directors to foster deep commercial rigor, operational accountability, and cross-functional velocity across distinct product pillars.
- Margin Optimization: Positively influence unit economics and gross margin performance through platform automation, self-service capabilities, operational efficiency gains, and high-margin growth models.
- Executive Market Leadership: Act as the senior product executive with key enterprise customers, prospects, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders, using direct market engagement to shape product strategy, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen G-P’s competitive position.
What We Are Looking For:
- Executive Leadership: 15+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Global Mobility, or Global Payroll platforms, with multiple years in executive leadership (VP level) managing multi-pillar product organizations.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience identifying and executing product-led growth opportunities that drive revenue, expansion, and retention. Ideally, experience taking an already scaled, high-growth product to its next level of growth. Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics, margin expansion levers, partner monetization structures, and how product portfolio decisions influence financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated success managing and scaling senior product leaders (Sr. Directors / Directors) across distinct functional product domains.
- Customer & Market Orientation: Proven ability to translate customer, buyer, and competitive insights into product strategies that drive market share, adoption, expansion, and retention.
- AI Strategy: Strategic vision for leveraging AI, agentic systems, and automation to drive enterprise business transformation, margin expansion, and platform leverage.
- Executive Influence: Exceptional executive presence with a track record of driving strategic consensus alongside executive peers across Sales, Revenue, Partnerships, Operations, Legal, and Engineering.
- Domain Context: High-level strategic understanding of complex, highly regulated multi-jurisdictional SaaS platforms, global HR tech, or compliance-driven enterprise software.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field; MBA or equivalent executive experience strongly preferred.
