Job Description

Overview

The Coordinator of Visual Operations supports the production of all Visual Merchandising materials. This role ensures clear and timely and consistent communication with internal and external partners to facilitate orders across Retail, Wholesale, and internal corporate initiatives. Overseeing inventory of all Visual merchandising elements will be key to supporting the department. The Coordinator of Visual Services will have a deep understanding of the visual process, manufacturing of VM elements, and their respective production timelines to increase department effectiveness.

Manages

Fulfillment of Retail and Wholesale fixture and graphic orders, the Wholesale image roll out, the visual merchandising inventory, purchase orders and vendor invoices, seasonal window roll out support 

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Operations Manager in ordering and distributing fixtures, graphics and VM materials across all retail and wholesale accounts.
• Coordinator will act as liaison between vendors, retail representatives, wholesale account managers and regional VM managers. 
• Coordinator will maintain daily communication with the Wholesale Team to provide consistent support for all 300 Wholesale doors. 
• Coordinator will manage and log the entire Wholesale Image Roll Out distro with up to date specification. 
• Manage corporate inventory of fixtures, organized and up to date to reflect in office needs for Markets, special presentations, etc. 
• Create purchase orders for Visual projects. 
• Process and coding of invoices from vendors keeping the department budget current.
• Assist with new store openings, some traveling is required to support store setup.
• Assist with seasonal and specialty window installations or events. 

• Manage materials library and regularly source new items.

Working Mode: Hybrid

Estimate Pay Rate: $30 – 32/hour
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
