The Role
This role owns technology portfolio strategy, capacity planning, and business architecture including leading portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance within the technology organization. It requires deep expertise in IT portfolio and capacity management, data modeling and analysis, system implementation, and enterprise tool/product ownership. This role partners with the EPMO by supplying technology portfolio metrics and reporting, and serves as a strategic advisor to senior technology leadership.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Lead technology portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance processes.
- Establish technology portfolio metrics and executive reporting, feeding technology-level data into the Enterprise PMO's enterprise-wide investment governance process.
- Oversee technology capacity planning, demand management, and resource optimization across engineering and business teams.
- Drive business architecture practices using established enterprise architecture frameworks, capability assessments, and strategic roadmap development.
- Partner with executives to evaluate risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion portfolio management tools, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled decision support.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management, strategy, PMO, architecture, or technology organizations.
- Proven success leading enterprise portfolios and large-scale business transformations.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams of portfolio managers, program managers, and business architects.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $177,825.00 - $308,230.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.Compensation and Benefits
